How can we help you?

Learn more about our face-to-face and remote support for autism families.

Face-to-Face Support

These services are available to families in North-East England, Edinburgh, West Lothian, and Glasgow. We work with you and your child in your home.

Autism Family Support

Our autism family support package offers personalised autism support for families at home. Through regular home visits, we work with you to help your child develop their communication abilities, emotional regulation toolbox, independent living skills, and more. We work with you to focus on the things which are most important to your family.

Communication Skills

You’re not alone if you’re worried about how your autistic child is communicating. Perhaps they’re not speaking yet, using only a few words, repeating lines from films or TV shows, or you just have a sense that something’s not quite right. We offer communication support for your autistic child, focused on helping them connect in ways that feel natural and meaningful. We meet them where they are and help you move forward with confidence.

Speech Device Support

We offer personalised speech device support for autistic children. Our team helps you set up the device, tailor it to your child’s interests, and teach them to use it in ways that feel natural and meaningful.

We also work with you to build practical strategies into your daily routine, so you can support your child confidently. Our approach is autism-specific, tailored to your child’s communication style, and designed to fit your family’s life.

Remote Services

We work with you through video conferencing software. Please note that sleep support and behaviour support can also be accessed in-person for families in North-East England, Edinburgh, West Lothian, and Glasgow.

Online Coaching for Parents

Our remote support service offers personalised coaching for parents of autistic children, all from the comfort of your own home. Whether you're looking for guidance with communication, behaviour, routines, or emotional regulation, we’ll work alongside you to find practical strategies that fit your child and your life. This flexible, online option is ideal for families who want expert support without the logistics of in-person visits, and it's often more affordable, too.

Help with Sleep

If nights feel never-ending and you’re running on empty, you’re not alone. Between 40% and 83% of autistic children experience sleep difficulties, and this often affects the whole family.

We offer short-term, practical, and gentle support packages tailored to your family’s needs: personalised sleep support for autistic children, delivered with compassion and expertise. Every plan is tailored to your child’s unique sensory profile, communication style, and what matters most to you.

Behaviour Support

Daily life can feel overwhelming when your autistic child is struggling with big emotions, meltdowns, or behaviours that seem out of control. Often, these moments are not signs of defiance, but signals of distress in a world that isn’t built with neurodivergent children in mind. If you're dealing with behaviours that are upsetting and confusing, you're not alone.

We offer neurodiversity-affirming, respectful behaviour support which is centred on connection, understanding, and practical strategies that work for real families.
