Supporting autistic children and their families with confidence, care, and practical strategies that fit real life.

  • We are a small team of autism specialists who work alongside families. We combine clinical expertise with real-life parenting experience to offer support that feels practical, compassionate, and actually doable day-to-day

  • We focus on what matters most first: safety, connection, and communication. Our work is play-based, relationship-led, grounded in evidence, and always adapted to your child and your family.

  • We work with families who want things to feel easier. If daily life feels stressful, confusing, or stuck, we help you find a way forward that works for your child and your family.

Our Approach

We know that every autistic child and every family is different. Our approach centres on understanding each child as an individual and working closely with families to provide support that is respectful, achievable, and genuinely helpful in everyday life.

We believe autistic children learn and develop best when they feel safe, accepted, and understood. For us, wellbeing and connection come first, because learning grows from these foundations. This means focusing on:

• safety and emotional security
• strong, trusting relationships
• acceptance of who your child is
• clear, meaningful communication
• predictable routines and boundaries
• time for joy, play, and regulation

We draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, selecting strategies that align with each child’s strengths, needs, and learning style. Our goal is always to help families feel more confident, connected, and supported in everyday life.

Who we work with

We work with autistic children and their families who need support that fits into everyday life.

  • Families with young autistic children who want support with communication, play, regulation, or daily routines that are tailored to their family’s needs.

  • Parents who want support that respects their child’s individuality and neurodivergent identity.

  • Parents who feel unsure or overwhelmed and want calm, manageable guidance.

How we work with families

We work collaboratively with parents and caregivers, recognising that you know your child best.

Support is tailored to each family and may involve working directly with your child, coaching you, or a combination of both.

Our focus is on practical strategies that reduce stress, fit into everyday routines, and feel achievable to use in real life.
